DAY 12: This dessert is called Met Khanoon (เม็ดขนุน) which literally translates as Jackfruit Seed in Syrup. However, these days, instead of jackfruit seed they often used mung bean. Other main ingredients include the yolk of duck's eggs and a syrup made up of castor sugar and water.
