DAY 14: This is a two layer pudding called Ta Ko (ตะโก้) which is Water Chestnuts in Mung Bean Pudding. The pudding part is made up from mung bean flour, cassara flour, sugar and water chestnuts. The filling is coconut cream mixed in with maize and rice flour together with sugar. |
