DAY 11: I find this dessert a bit too addictive. It is Thong Yod (ทองหยอด) which translates as Golden Egg Yolk Drops. It is made from egg yolks, a mixture of wheat and rice flour and castor sugar. It is then boiled in syrup. Very sweet. |
